Approx. 2h 45min via SCTEX Take the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway north to the San Antonio exit. The full gate-to-gate directions are included in your booking confirmation.

Policies & Practicalities

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 30 or more days before the scheduled arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations between 15 and 29 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

In the event of documented medical emergencies or force majeure, we will work with you individually to find an arrangement that is fair to both parties.

Modifications to dates are accommodated subject to availability. We ask for 72 hours notice for any change to an existing reservation.

All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is settled on arrival.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in from 10:00 AM is available on request, subject to the villa being vacant the night before. Our concierge team can arrange luggage storage and refreshments while the villa is being prepared.

Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available on request. Extensions beyond 3:00 PM are charged at the day rate and subject to availability.

Villa Azul accommodates adults and children of all ages. Each villa has a maximum occupancy of three guests. Additional bedding can be arranged for the Villa Suite at a supplemental rate.

Pets are not permitted on the property. Villa Azul is a smoke-free resort. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
